The guy in this video does without any apparent tricks, but does not explain how he does it - he just tells people if they have trouble to. I am looking to be able to place two power rails next two each without them connecting (have them run parallel). So many of said people have suggested making the normal minecart speed faster or just making powered rails more powerful. I am brand new to using rails, and I did a quick Google but no obvious solutions came up. I've heard people talk about how minecarts simply don't have enough speed on flat ground and that sprint-running is almost just as fast, not to mention how powered rails are very expensive to make especially in the early game.
