

I was really mad at this point, but I replied politely again listing again what I tried. 1 week later I have got an email saying try to reset my password. In the same email I sent them screenshot about the error,and I also listed what I tried in order to solve the problem: clear cache, clear cookies, login in incognito mode, and also reset my password. 😀 I tried to not feel offended, but I replied politely saying I already registered. 1 week later they sent me an email saying I should register first. I can't login into my online account for a month now, and I contacted massimo dutti 3 weeks ago about the issue. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They are just saying excuse and don't have any responsibilities. Above all things, I'm upset of their attitude. If I didnt call them, they never going to figure it out. They apologized me when I said you guys never say sorry to me. They said "the item is sold out so we couldn't send it to you" and they thought they sent a email to me but it wasn't and they don't know why and then they said to me they will watch what's going on in future for other costumers WHat the F this answer. so I called them just now and finally I could talk with someone. So I reply that I need to talk with somebody as soon as possible but no one reply and no one called me. Finally I sent email and got the answer is just totally wrong answer. I tried to send an email from their website but it got error 3times so I had to write down 3times again and again. I waitied for two weeks and it didn't come so I wanted to talk with them but no one pick up the phone call(87)and automatically they hung up.

I ordered two items and only one item came to me so I thought they are going to send it to me seperately. Wow!!! How horrible experience of Massimo Dutti US online department.

As a person that has managed customer service teams there are those individuals that their behaviour let down the team and operate below the radar of their Manager/Supervisor, as I am sure that Massimo Dutti did not train their staff to treat their customers in that manner. My in-store experiences are not all bad, but the customer service is very hit and miss. By the reviews and bad experiences of others I do not want to order any items from the online store as Massimo Dutti has a bad online reputation. One staff member was dismissive and couldn't be bothered and the when I requested the same assistance from another assistant he gave me information and advised me to come back to the store later on that day, only to find when I returned, the information was incorrect. The could not find the brown mock croc wallet so I looked for a Sales Person for assistance. 11/9/17 am - I went into the store in Duke of York Square as I wanted to buy a wallet.
